Hot Sauce Williams is a rib joint I've always been meaning to visit, but hadn't
gotten around to. The decor is on the minimal side, but it has its share of loyal customers. On the day I visited, there were African Americans of all ages and what looked like a Caucasian group of new fraternity brothers.
