We split a shrimp po boy and a vegetarian muffaletta at Din Yates' narrow sandwich place that somehow evokes both New York and New Orleans at the same time. I think it's the third time I've eaten his food--the first time was at a street fair. Din wasn't there yesterday, so we chatted instead with the kitchen staff, mainly about the various flavors of Zapp's potato chips.
