We split a shrimp po boy and a vegetarian muffaletta at Din Yates' narrow sandwich place that somehow evokes both New York and New Orleans at the same time. Din wasn't there yesterday, so we chatted instead with the kitchen staff, mainly about the various flavors of Zapp's potato chips.
