Dalo's is an Ethiopian food cart and I cannot overemphasize how good it is — perfectly spiced food, wonderful flavors, vegan options. I first got to know them at their old location, a building that was in the middle of a historically black neighborhood, before it was torn down for a gigantic apartment complex.
