​It was my friend's birthday, and I suggested we dine at Nefetari's to celebrate. For this project, my plan was to expose myself to a new black business; however, time constraints and hunger dictated my choice. I really love the ambiance of the place. The warmth of the establishment greets you at the door. An ornate table adorned for a king holds center court.

What I really praise is the care taken in the preparation of the food. The owners are committed to serving healthy cuisine. The dishes are international and delicious. Partly why I chose to spend my ten dollars at Nefetari's is I would like to see more people visit this establishment. Each time I've gone, I have taken someone who hasn't dined there. Having enjoyed their experience, they vow to go again. Hopefully, each one will pass the experience forward, like the One Large $10 bill.
