I originally found PeaceImage's shop on Etsy and was directed to their main website, with more items for sale. Each piece is handmade and/or assembled by Camille in her studio. I was drawn to this hammered brass ring because it is one-of-a-kind and made to order, which is something I offer in my own jewelry business.
After purchasing, Camille informed me that a percentage of the proceeds from this purchase will be donated to the Chicago-based TLP (Teen Living) Program, providing services and assistance to youth aged 14-24 who are experiencing homelessness or unstable housing.
Along with the ring, I received a CD curated by Camille and mixed by DJ Trackstar, best known for his mixtape work as the tour DJ for Killer Mike and Run the Jewels(!)
