The Jerk Spot opened up a few months ago, and my fiancé and I have been regulars from day one. He's Jamaican American and always complained there weren't any good Jamaican restaurants in LA. Lucky for us, the Jerk Spot is just down the street, and he stops in regularly on the way home from work for a beef patty. We even got dinner there the night we got engaged. The owners are so sweet and take the time to make each dish to order. I ordered the Oxtail Entrée and a pineapple ginger drink. He ordered the Jerk Chicken Entrée, a champagne cola, and 2 beef patties. Delicious.
